Numa cidade do Futuro onde o Capitalismo é a única religião, a vida humana tem pouco valor. O conhecimento de um mundo exterior é considerado herético, e as pessoas dentro da Cidade desconhecem que alguma vez as coisas foram diferentes. Ainda assim, parecem condenadas a repetir alguns dos nossos piores erros.Purple, tendo descarregado a internet para a sua própria mente, é atormentada por uma multiplicidade de perspectivas. Cópias da sua amiga andam pelas ruas, exploradas como uma nova classe subalterna, e a própria Purple deixou de experienciar o tempo de forma linear.Tudo é hipertexto.

In a future City where Capitalism is the only religion, a human life has little value. Knowledge of a world outside is heretical, and the people inside the City are unaware that things have ever been any other way. Still, they seem doomed to repeat some of our worst mistakes.Purple, having downloaded the internet into her own mind, is afflicted by a multitude of perspectives. Copies of her friend are walking the streets, exploited as a new underclass, and Purple herself has stopped experiencing time as linear.Everything is hypertext.

Mattias Elftorp

Mattias Elftorp is a comic writer/artist in Malmö, Sweden since around 2000. His main work is Piracy is Liberation, a comic series about the cyberpunk postapocalypse. Other works include Me & my Daddy & Zlatan, Bekele, The Troll, Transgressions and a large number of short comics for zines and anthologies such as CBA, Alkom'X, Komikaze, Workburger, Futuro Primitivo etc. Active in the associations/collectives CBK, Tusen Serier and Wormgod. Organizer of the comics festival AltCom and the zine workshop Fanzineverkstaden.
